Payment: your place is confirmed once full payment (or approved funding) is received. Fees are paid before the course starts unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations (instructor-led courses):

• 14 days or more before the start date: full refund
• Less than 14 days before the start date: a 50% fee applies
• After the course has started: no refund
• Self-paced courses: no refund once the course has been accessed

Transfers: you can ask to move to another date at least 7 days before the start date, subject to availability.

Certificates: accredited certificates (for example BCS) are issued by the awarding body after you complete the course and pass the exam. Exam and re-sit rules are set by the awarding body.
